This home’s floor plan was designed by the owner and built with a different approach than typical on-site framing. Time constraints called for modular construction. The home was built off-site in 4 sections that were transported to Wolfe’s Neck and set upon an insulated concrete foundation. The garage arrived panelized and the assembly of the units took a matter of days. From date of arrival, the one-level home was finished in 60 days to Energy Star standards.
