This renovation includes the jacking and leveling of portions of an 1840 farmhouse, gutting an existing addition to the home and adding a new addition. The scope of work comprises the following:

  • Strengthen 1840’s home foundation without damage to original plaster, and installing new ICF (insulated concrete foundation) under additions
  • New addition consisting of 3 bedrooms and 2 baths using environment friendly panelized construction
  • Installing exterior rainscreen to improve the durability of the new no-maintenance fiber cement siding
  • New windows and exterior trim
  • Energy efficient Dense-Pac cellulose insulation
  • Radiant floor heating
  • New interior masonry heater
  • Custom kitchen
